The PMS was formed in December 2012 by the amalgamation of arrangement of referees in the Philippines under the guidance of the Philippines Rugby Football Union (PRFU)

Refereeing is an essential part of Rugby. Ask any referee and they’ll tell you that refereeing is a terrific way to stay fit, active and involved in our great game.
However, to cater for the growth in the game in recent years - especially in the important new residential areas - the number of accredited referees and assistant referees needs to be increased urgently.
Referee Recruitment
