This January 20, 2007, take part in history as the Cebu City Rugby Football Club launch the inaugural Sinulog 10s Rugby Tournament. 

This one-day rugby tournament is open to all rugby clubs who would like to see the beautiful resort island of Cebu, experience the biggest and most spectacular mardi gras in the Philippines, and play a whole day of rugby.
